What we collect
VetPrice UK collects minimal data. When you search for vet practices, we process your postcode or search query to return relevant results. We do not require you to create an account to use our core comparison features.
How we use your data
Search queries are used solely to provide you with relevant vet practice results. We may aggregate anonymised search data to improve our service and understand which areas have the most demand. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data sources
All veterinary pricing data displayed on VetPrice is sourced from publicly available, CMA-mandated price lists that UK veterinary practices are legally required to publish. We scrape and verify this data regularly to ensure accuracy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You can also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
Data retention
We retain search logs for a maximum of 30 days for service improvement purposes, after which they are automatically deleted. Practice pricing data is retained and updated continuously as part of our core service.
